Rezoning
The current zoning designation of the site is Single Family Residential 2 (RSF-2), which requires a minimum lot width of 80 ft and a minimum lot area of 11,000 sq ft. The applicant is requesting the property be rezoned to Single Family Residential 3 (RSF-3), to allow a minimum lot width of 65 ft, and a minimum lot area of 7500 sq ft.
