Scherber and Associates, LLC, have applied for a Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit, Variance, and a Rezoning for their second storage facility in the City of Corcoran. The proposed development consists of 6 structures on a 4.87 acre lot which will have a total of 56 individual rental units. The rental spaces will be marketed toward companies, home businesses and private individuals seeking secure storage for various equipment and possessions ranging from company vehicles, supplies, automobiles, etc.
