Apply for Permit

Application for all residential and commercial building, mechanical, plumbing, utility, and land disturbance permits are required to be submitted online. Contractors and homeowners can apply for a permit, check permit status, search for permits, view inspection results, and make electronic payments through the Online Permit Portal.

PAY ONLINE
No service fee for EFT (electronic check) payments. Credit card transactions subject to a 3.25% service fee.
