Effective January 1, 2025, all new home construction applications submitted shall require a financial security via a cash escrow deposit at permit issuance.
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANY & AS-BUILT SURVEY REVIEW
Submit as-built survey for review prior to scheduling final building inspection. The as-built drawing must show the completed first floor elevation, final grade spot elevations and contours of the final grade. All grading must be completed per the approved plans.
*If all site work is not complete, submit form and indicate any outstanding work. Staff will calculate additional escrow requirements and notify applicant. Escrow must be posted prior to C.O. Once site work is complete, resubmit form with survey for review.

ESCROW RELEASE
To request escrow release for a New Home Construction permit, submit an Escrow Release Request for each address. Do not request an escrow refund until all landscaping and site work is complete per the approved plan and in accordance with the New Home Construction Escrow Process Policy.
