City of Corcoran Precinct Update 2020
Due to continued growth, the Corcoran City Council has created an additional precinct and will be adding an additional polling location for elections in 2020! Corcoran will now have 3 polling places for the elections in 2020. More information will be available soon! Watch your mail for a notice from Hennepin County and check back soon for more updates! 

State Primary Election August 11 and General Election November 3 
Polls open at 7:00 am and close at 8:00 pm. Beginning with the 2020 election year, three precinct locations will be open and include Corcoran City Hall, Hope Community Church and St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church. Your address will determine your polling location.

Voter Assistance
Do you need assistance casting your ballot? Ask the election judges for help. They provide support in many ways:

  • Reading or marking a ballot
  • Voting at the curb
  • Obtaining a magnifying glass or chair to use at the voting booth
  • If you have a temporary or permanent disability, contact Administrative Services Director Jessica Beise at 763-400-7029 to learn how to apply for an absentee ballot.  

Voter Information

The City of Corcoran administers city, state and federal elections for its residents. Elections for City officials are held on even years. Administrative Services Director Beise and administrative office staff are available to answer your questions about voter registration and election information. 

September 18, 2020 through November 2, 2020 - Absentee Voting for General Election
Vote via absentee ballot by mail or in person for the General Election at Corcoran City Hall, 8200 County Road 116, Corcoran, MN 55340. Ballots can be dropped of at City Hall as well.

Polls open at 7:00 am and close at 8:00 pm.
