Westside Tire requested a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to allow parking and outside screened storage as permitted uses in the I-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District under certain conditions. Additionally, the applicant would like the 50-foot front yard setback in the I-1 District reduced to 25-feet. If approved, this would apply to their locations at 19925 and 19950 75th Ave N as well as all properties with the I-1 zoning designation within Corcoran. These changes will allow the applicant to comply with City Code while moving forward with functional and aesthetic improvements for the business.
