Codes and Ordinances

The City of Corcoran provides specific ordinances in the city code. These ordinances have been adopted by the City Council. An official copy is maintained by the Administration department at City Hall. Also included on the left are quick references to a few of the most frequently asked questions regarding some of the City's codes and ordinances. Click on the links for more information.

Current amendments to the adopted City Code Book are added to the website for review as a numbered document once they are approved by City Council.

HOME OCCUPATIONS

PLEASE NOTE - If you operate a business from your home, you may need a Home Occupation License. The purpose of this ordinance is to maintain the character and integrity of the residential areas. All home occupations must register with the City, where an application is available to fill out. (Title X 130-15)
