The applicant is proposing the extension of Heather Lane, which would serve 10 newly created single-family lots. The other two single family lots are existing homes on Oakdale Drive (22925 Oakdale Drive & 22901 Oakdale Drive). Open Space & Preservation
One component of the application for Heather Meadows Third Addition is Open Space & Preservation (OS&P). OS&Ps allow property owners to increase the number of development rights on their parcel in exchange for the preservation of at least 50% of the site.
