  • Survey & Site Plan
  • Load Calcs & Energy Code Compliance Certificate (ECC)
  • Land Disturbance Supplement *(ONLY required if builder is not the developer).

RURAL NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION
New home construction served by a private septic system.
Permit Submittal Requirements:

AS-BUILT REVIEW & ESCROW RELEASE 
Certificate of occupancy, as-built survey review and release of building permit escrow information, visit Escrow Process New Home Construction. 

APPLY FOR PERMIT
Go to Apply for Permit or visit the Online Permit Portal to apply for permit.

ZONING REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for size, height, setbacks, architectural standards, etc. can be found in the Corcoran City Municipal Code - Zoning Ordinance, Title X, Sec. 1030.020 or by contacting Planning and Zoning.

LOT SURVEY
A certificate of survey shall be required with all building permit applications for new construction and building permits that enlarge or alter the footprint of an existing structure.
