Amendments to the Southeast District Plan and Land Use Map
Staff recommends amendments to both the land use map and the maps in the Southeast District plan and design guidelines. Staff has been aware of inconsistencies involving six parcels. These amendments are necessary at this time due to recent and ongoing interest in development in the Southeast District.
