City of Corcoran Public Notice
On April 10, 2025, the Corcoran City Council adopted Ordinance 2025-545, establishing regulations for peddlers, solicitors, transient merchants, and door-to-door advocates within the City of Corcoran.

Key Provisions:
• No Solicitation Signs: Property owners may prohibit peddlers, solicitors, and door-to-door advocates from entering their premises by displaying a "No Solicitation" sign at or near the primary entrance (Corcoran branded signs can be found on and printed from our website using the link below).

• Licensing Requirements: All peddlers and transient merchants are required to obtain a license from the City of Corcoran to conduct door-to-door activities.

• Regulation of Activities: The ordinance governs the conduct of all peddlers, solicitors, and door-to-door advocates operating within city limits to ensure compliance with local standards.
