On October 28, 2021, the City Council approved the final plat and final PUD for Amberley 1st Addition and Bellwether 6th Addition. This phase plats 87 lots on the former Van Blaricom property. The preliminary approvals allow for an additional 105 lots which will be plated in a future phase.
